sould I say the Braves are happy or the Braves is happy or the people of the braves are happy? or is there an other way

Please help me

The Braves (plural) are (plural) happy.

thank you for the answer

what about iF I say : The Braves tribe is the most powerful tribe

or are ther most powerful tribe?

Thank you for the answer.

What about [strike]iF[/strike] if I say : The Braves tribe is the most powerful tribe.

Or should I say "... are [strike]ther[/strike] the most powerful tribe"?

If you choose "The [name] tribe (singular)" then you follow it with the singular verb.

Take care to use correct capitalisation and punctuation in your posts.

Your use of "Braves" for a tribe name reminds me of the Atlanta Braves baseball team. You might want to reconsider the name.
