what means: wanna - gonna - gotta - nah - cuz!

They're mainly used in informal speech: wanna (want to), gonna/gon' (going to), gotta (got to), nah/nope (no), cuz/cos/'cause (because), coulda (could've/could have), shoulda (should've/ should have), woulda (would've/would have), kinda (kind of), yap/yep/yeah (yes), soz (sorry)...

I learned a new one in there: soz.

Our friend Philadelphia has given you a good list. However, please remember that these "words" are how people often pronounce these words/phrases, and they are not "good English" so avoid them in your writing (unless you are writing dialogue). They are okay in a text message, but nothing more formal than that.
