What is the word for someone who has multiple skills?

For example I want to say "These days employers are willing to hire those with multiple-work skills like capable of working with computers, having good knowledge of English language and being a good leadership".

Remove "work" from your example sentence and it's fine. There is nothing wrong with saying "multiple skills". Are you sure, though, that "willing" is the word you need? That makes it sound as if they're doing it a bit reluctantly. I'd have thought they would be keen to employ people with more than one skill.

Thanks. Is the following correct?

"These days employers would like to hire those with multiple skills like capable of working with computers, having good knowledge of English language and having a potential of a good leadership".

There is nothing wrong with saying "multiple skills"
Is it formal enough to be used in exams like TOEFL or IELTS?

No, because 'working with computers' is not a skill, 'having knowledge' is not a skill and 'having potential' is not a skill.

You can say IT skills, language skills and leaderships skills instead.

Yes, it is appropriate for those exams.
