Does "What is it about being here that you like most (best)" mean "What do you like about being here most (best)" or "What do you like most (best) about being here most (best)"?

I think it is a split question sentence?

"What do you like most (best) about being here most (best)"? This doesn't make sense.
 
I meant "What do you like most (best) about being here".
