I could think of connective and uniting. But I need a word that is more 'poetic'? Because I need to describe a state where two people get this feelings that something is bringing them together. What is a good adjective for that purpose?

Can you give us the rest of the sentence in which you want to use this adjective?

For example, "as they were about to part ways, a [....] force brought them closer together."

Cosmic
Karmic

Irresistible.

Of course, before "irresistible", you need "an".

unifying

not a teacher

Poetically, I would go with karmic or cosmic, as Skrej suggested.
