I am willing to add a comments section for our website. I wonder whats a better catchy line like 'Hear what our customers are saying'. Can you please suggest me some?

What's your website about?

It's about free software.

Please note my changes/corrections above. Please get into the habit of writing in full sentences on the forum. Each sentence should start with a capital letter and end with one appropriate punctuation mark.

Is the website simply about free software or does it actually provide free software?

As far as a catchy line, it depends on who it's aimed at. You might try:

Talk to us. We'll listen.

(Hopefully nobody has a copyright on that one.)

We are providing free software. It's like a review section of the page.

I would rather use it as my 'Support' page tagline. But this is where the users will write their experience using the app. Not like testimonials but like comments and reviews about it.

Are they commenting on the software you provide or the service you provide?

On the software.

If it's a comment section 'customers' reviews', in my opinion.

Re: What is a better way of getting feedback?

You could say:

It's a page for comments on the software.

Or:

It's a page for reviews of the software.

Or:

It's a page for feedback on the software. (No s after feedback.)

You are not getting what I am asking for.
I need a small heading for that page.
Something like:

"Hear from our users"
**their comments and reviews**

What our customers say about our product(s)/software(s).

You can use any of my suggestions, but just shorten it. Example: "Comments on the Software".

See? It's easy.
:)

Re: What is a better way of getting feedback?

I'd just use "Comments/Reviews". That's what most people look for on a website.

Re: What is a better way of getting feedback?

Rollersoaster, please put 'Not a teacher' in your signature line, or your replies will be deleted.

Now, it's done, sir. :-D

Re: What is a better way of getting feedback?

Now (no comma here) it's done. [STRIKE]sir.[/STRIKE] :-D

Note my corrections above.

Please don't refer to users here as "sir". It is overly formal and it suggests you assume the person is male. We are not all male!
