I said to him, "What does that suppose to mean?"
Source: Operating in the Will of God by Mary Murray (info added by moderator)

Is “What does that suppose to mean?” correct?

That's not sufficient. We need the title of the book and the name(s) of the author(s).

Thank you. Please remember to provide the source in post #1 in future. I have added it for you this time.

Are you sure you've copied it correctly? If that's the case, then the fact that it's a direct quote is important. The person ("I") used incorrect English but because it's a direct quote, it has to be transcribed exactly.
The grammatically correct version is "What is that supposed to mean?"

I have searched on Google and I have seen a lot of books mentioning the same quote, does this mean they are all wrong?

“What does that suppose to mean?” is incorrect?

If they're all mentioning the same quote, then the quote is correct. The English in the quote is not.
