Do "get everything rigged" mean "got cheated in anything?"
Do "get ready to go" mean " be prepared to leave?"

Context:

In other words, "We've got everything rigged and ready to go."

Does "get everything rigged" mean "got cheated in anything?" :-? That expression, even with the obvious typo fixed ('get'), makes no sense.
Does "get ready to go" mean " be prepared to leave?" 'Getting ready' is a process; 'being ready' is a state. If you're in that state ('being prepared') you have probably been through the process ('getting ready').

Context:

In other words, "We've got everything rigged and ready to go."

'Rigging' can mean cheating, But it may be necessary to 'rig' any piece of equipment before using it - a sailing boat, a parachute, anything. We need more context to say what it means in your case.
