[Vocabulary] What does "break yourself" mean?

Hello.

Basically the title speaks for itself. For example, I heard this phrase a lot in "Don't be a menace to South Central..." (Loc Dog draws a gun and yells "break yourself" etc.) I'm interested in meaning, examples and ways to use. Doesn't matter if it's rude or not.

"Break yourself" is non standard and I've never heard it before!
