Such is the moment that all greats traverse.
Such is the stuff of dreams.

I can't sure whether "such" in the above sentences mean something or the sentences are inverted.
Belows are sentences I transformed two sentences into other form if the sentences are inverted.
All greats traverse such the moment.
The dreams is such a stuff.

Am I right??

Try to see it as "Such as this is the stuff of dreams", said in reference to something or to a situation. (Such as this = something just like this)
