[Grammar] What are these two types of sentences called respectively?

1st type:I am happy/I am a student.

2nd type:I walk/I walk to home.

The key difference is between the two types of verbs.

The Second One is subject + predicate +object

how about the first one?subject + copula +predicative??
I'm not sure if I'm right.....

1. SVC; copular construction
2. SV; intransitive verb + optional predicate adjunct (adverbial)
