What are the possessive forms of the word "boss"(singular) and "bosses" (plural)? Boss'? Boss's? Bosses'? And how do you pronounce them? Thanks!

I'd use boss's and bosses'. They are both pronounced the same as simply "bosses".

PS: And so is boss' if you find it used.
