What are some reliable English teaching internships?

I recently finished my TEFL certificate but feel I still need some "real world" practice. I'm hoping that someone on this forum participated in an internship and can recommend. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Most people just start work rather than doing an internship- there are always entry-level jobs going, so why not go for one of those?

I want to do an internship first because I don't have a degree and it seems all jobs (at least the ones I've seen) require either experience or a degree.
