Hi all,

I'm a newbie here and I stumbled upon this site when I was searching online to figure out what accent I have. For years, I've been told that I have different accents at different times. So finally, I decided to record myself and hear what I sound like.
What accent do I seem to have? I myself can't pinpoint. I grew up all over the world and have no real geographical roots.

Is that your natural voice? It's very croaky; is there a reason for that? It sounds vaguely mechanical. I'd guess it's artificial larynx accent.

Could you record yourself speaking normally- reading aloud is not a good way to judge. The recording does sound strange to me too- there's a lot of interference.
