I know that the first sentence is used by native speakers of English but I'm not sure about the second one. If it is used as well, plz explain the difference.

What kind of perfume are you wearing?
What kind of perfume have you worn?

thanks

Your first sentence might be used by a boyfriend. but it's a bit ambiguous. He could be asking what kind (brand) or what kind (sort).

He would be more likely to ask, "What's that perfume you're wearing?" as he's probably not interested in the type of perfume, only in that actual perfume.

Similarly, he's likely to ask, "What other perfumes do you wear?".

In each case, he's asking for specific brand names like Chanel No 5 or L'Aimant etc.
