Recognize your personal strengths and weakness.

This sentence is extracted from our textbook. I think there is a mistake in the word "weakness". Because when we mean "a fault in someone's character", "weakness" is a countable noun, especially in the phrase "strengths and weaknesses". Is what I said right?

You are right. The plural form is needed here ie strengths and weaknesses.

I hope this helps.
