We will going to meet soon. (It will very soon to be met)

Can we at going to in sentence above? The second is mean very soon to be met?
 
Either:

We will meet soon.

or

We are going to meet soon.

Using "going to" instead of "will" doesn't make any difference to the time. It does not convert 'soon' into 'very soon'.
