I cannot make out the phrase at 0:30 (important that we we shouldn't nick). In addition, at 0:34 I hear a sort of "sabber-ratling". What is the right word or phrase there? Thank you.

I think the interviewer's name is Nick and Boris says "I think it's very, very important that we shouldn't, Nick, allow ourselves to be sidetracked by this kind of sabre-rattling".
