I walked the street.
I walked the park.

Do you say these ways instead of saying

"I walked in the park" or "I walked down the street"?
 
Do you say these ways instead of saying
"I walked in the park" or "I walked down the street"?
No.
Note also that "walked the streets" means walked extensively through the streets (of some place) ...
For example,
When I first got to NYC, I walked the streets of Brooklyn and Queens looking for a job.
