Hello,

I am trying to find out the meaning of this expression, "to perform for people is a gas". When and Where is the saying ?

Thanks,

VVC

Welcome to the forum.

It's not a standard expression so you won't find it listed anywhere. "To perform for people" is fairly self-explanatory. It means "to perform (act/sing etc) in front of an audience" is "a gas" meaning "a lot of fun".

Please have a look at the forum guidelines and make your thread titles more relevant. This one should have been titled "To perform for people is a gas".
