I have no idea. I have Googled the term, using various different search parameters, and all I can find out is that "VSB Defense" the name of a YouTube channel to do with international military force. I can't find anything that suggests what the "VSB" part stands for. Maybe it doesn't mean anything - perhaps the people who started it just came up with a random name.

It could be the initials of the name of the person behind the channel. It doesn't appear to be a company outside its YouTube channels and Facebook.
