Dear Mr. X,

We noticed that the area of the inclined roof is 8x8 rather than 6x8 as shown in the autocad drawing during our site visit yesterday. Could you please tell us what we should do in this additional area?

In the pdf drawing, you mentioned that we should use two grades of concrete: 40Mpa for module 1 and 25Mpa for module 2. Could you please tell us whether 25 MPa can be used for the two modules?

Can we use XX epoxy instead of Hilti epoxy? (Please see the attached data sheet for the XX epoxy, which is a British standard.)

We'll begin grinding tomorrow. Please see the following procedures for the next two weeks of sealing and casting in place concrete:
1- ...
2- ...
3- ...

Best regards,

Best regards,
Where is the 8'x8' roof area shown? Do you mean the dimensions show on the drawing is not correct?

What do you mean by "sealing and casting in place concrete". The procedure in construction is called "pouring of concrete" (into formwork).

I don't know much about construction, but I'd like to learn more.

Good morning,
I appreciate your quick response.

"Dear Mr. X,

We noticed that the area of the inclined roof is 8x8m rather than 6x8m as shown in the Autocad drawing during our site visit yesterday. Could you please tell us what we should do with the additional area? Also, if we use the 6x8m area, the concrete beams will not be on top of the existing wall. (See the image below.)

We'll begin the grinding work tomorrow. The procedures of the civil works for the next two weeks are as follows:

Each step of the contractor's work will be photographed and sent to the group to avoid any confusion.

Best regards,

@Joj It looks better to me, but hopefully Ted will come by and look at it soon.
