Hi,

Question:
Will you use “at or in”.

Sentence:
Please accept my CV in application for an graduate trainee vacancy in / at ABC Ltd.

Thanks

At would be the correct form for a specific firm or noun. Examples: vacancy at ABC Ltd; vacancy in management at ABC Ltd.
