Use of "Least of all"

First of all, Could you confirm whether or not the following sentence is correct, both grammatically and semantically?

"Generally, religious leaders and philanthropists are selfless individuals. Least of all, are politicians."

Also, Is the use (or, usage?) of the phrase "least of all" somewhat archaic?
