Do use say " a euphoric person" or " an euphoric person" ?

Thanks

Arun

It begins with a /j/ sound, so it's 'a'.

For those who do not use IPA, its first syllable sounds like 'you', as in 'united'.

Do [STRIKE]use[/STRIKE] you/we say "a euphoric person" or "an euphoric person"?

Thanks.

Arun

Please note my amendments to your post in red. You wrote "Do use say" - I think you were confused between "Do we use" and "Do you say" but be careful with your writing. Read everything before you post.

Note the amendments to the spacing around your punctuation. We do not put a space after an opening quotation mark. We do not put a space before a question mark, regardless of what comes before it. We end every sentence with a full stop, even a sentence as short as "Thanks".

Thanks for the correction. My question should have read "do you say .......". An oversight !!
