[Grammar] use of 'any' and plural numbers

1. Should words following 'any' be in singular or can it also be plural? Which of the following is correct please?

a) Any other question?
b) Any other questions?

2 When we sign of cheques, do we use singular or plural for numbers such as the following:

a) Four thousand three hundred dollars
b) Four thousands three hundreds dollars

Both are correct.

2 When we sign of cheques, do we use singular or plural for numbers such as the following:

a) Four thousand three hundred dollars <- This one. I put a comma after thousand.
b) Four thousands three hundreds dollars
