I need to know if this kind this clause is correct:
"Have been creating articles for clients over the internet on a free lance basis"
 
I need to know if this kind this clause is correct:
"Have been creating articles for clients over the internet on a free lance basis"
No, you need a subject.
You can only leave out the subject in very informal speech, or telegraphic type writing.
