usage and meaning of highlights

Question:
1) Is this a common and correct usage of “highlights” in a resume?
2) what do you think about the meaning of highlight in my resume example?



Background and situation:
I saw an example of resume which has a “highlight section” at the beginning.



Ie, write all selling points in the highlight section

Eg,
Highlights:
30 years of experience in the US market.
Awarded Best employee last year
Skilled in …….
