Hello,
I want to say that I'm from the United States of America. I myself have made some alternatives but not sure which ones are incorrect and which ones are correct.

1. I'm from the USA.
2. I'm from the U S A.
3. I'm from the USA.
4. I'm from the U.S.A.
5. I'm from the united states of America.
6. I'm from America.
7. I'm American.

Would you please be kind enough to comment on my self-made examples? What's your opinion about them?
Do all of them have the same meaning? I mean does one of them refer to North and South America (the two continents i.e Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Canada, etc) or they just all refer to the United States of America?

3. I'm from the USA. (same as #1)
4. I'm from the U.S.A. (correct but not usual)
5. I'm from the united states of America. (capitalize "united" and "states")
6. I'm from America. :tick:
7. I'm American. :tick:

They all refer to the USA.
