I wonder what the "US Enrichment Corporation" means in the following sentences.

The privatization movement was much stronger in Europe but in US, since government ran few enterprises,there was much less scope for privatization. Perhaps the most important, and controversial, privatization was that of the US Enrichment Corporation, the government agency responsible for enriching uranium. (Low-enriched uranium is used in nuclear power plants; highly enriched uranium is used to make atomic bombs. The same process and plants are used to make both.)
Corporation = a large company or group of companies that is controlled together as a single organization.

Enrichment = 1) to improve the quality of (something) by

adding something else, or to make something or someone) richer

2) to merger group of companies

"was that of" = what does it mean?

"that of" is used to avoid repeating "privatisation" (BrE spelling), "Perhaps the most important, and controversial, privatization was the privatisation of..."

It says right there that the US Enrichment Corporation was a government agency responsible for enriching uranium.
