Is it upload in or upload on? If I am uploading something into the computer, do I say uploading in/into the website or uploading on the website.

You upload to a website or to your hard drive etc.

You upload to a website or to your hard drive etc.

If you are putting something onto your computer hard drive, it's download to, if you're putting something on a website from your computer it's upload to.
