Unable to catch

Hi folks,
There are two more lines I’m unable to catch in The Golden Girls Season 2, Episode 24.
One is Sophia’s line. I can’t catch what goes in between “You’re stupid.” and “In Sicily, they don’t let you pass kindergarten till you learn that.”

Thanks Tdol. I was not familiar with the word arraign. The subject of the sentence is The McDowells. I should have mentioned this.

McDowell is the last name of the neighboring couple who were dealing in stolen gems.

I have never seen the show, which probably coloured my hearing. At least I got the arraignment right.
