Two guys were fighting and blood was oozing out from one of their bodies.

Is it a correct sentence?

Use "them" instead of "their bodies".

It would be bizarre to say the vague oozing out of their bodies. Why wouldn't you be a little more precise? When would you say this weird sentence?

It happened for real in the front of me.

Two guys were fighting and the blood was oozing out from one of them. Don't I need to use the word "Body" here?

Is it correct now?

Two guys were fighting, and one of them was bleeding.

It happened for real in [STRIKE]the[/STRIKE] front of me.

Well done for putting an article in front of that noun. Unfortunately, in this case, it was wrong. The phrase "in front of" doesn't take an article.
