It's not at all clear to me what it means.Hi
If a path is two truck tire tracks wide it means that it is as wide as two tracks taken together left by a truck?
Since truck tyres come in different sizes, it's not possible to judge the width of a path from that description. Also it's ambiguous; does it mean wide enough to roll two truck tyres side by side, or wide enough for two trucks to pass side by side? I'm not sure about the "clay-packed path" either, I can imagine a "packed clay path".Hi
He hustled down a clay-packed path, really no more than two truck tire tracks wide as he followed the cries.
Does it help?
