Hello.


I would appreciate it if you help me with choosing the best sentence.

-The society that transcends/exceeds the boundaries, will definitely be harmed and we can say some degree of crisis happens there.

-The society that crosses the limits, will definitely be harmed and we can say some degree of crisis happens there.

-The society that outstrips the limits, will definitely be harmed and we can say some degree of crisis happens there.

The comma is wrong. None of them are particularly clear about which limits they are crossing, so they all sound a bit odd. You could say that a society that has no limits will harm itself.
