[Vocabulary] Toxinous

I have just heard the word "toxinous" in a BBC report here:

checked it out in several online dictionaries but couldn't find anywhere.

is this an existing word, or maybe i misunderstood something?

could anyone help me out?

No, it is not a word in English. She presumably meant to say "toxic" instead.

She misquoted the doctors—probably getting confused with 'toxic' and 'poisonous'.
