Any ideas on how to diagram this tough cookie?

I'll have to think about this a little more. But, I think that such a construction is usually thought of as imperative, as in a command.

If you consider it to be "(You) allow us to go to the beach". Consider "to go to the beach" as an objective complement. That might work.
