Sorry, for these mistakes. Actually I am not at home neither I am using my laptop for posting these questions. I am using a phone that has a very small screen and I am having difficulty typing on it. Sorry, for the mistakes I made.

Tom is ten. He'll get married when he's 25 and no earlier/sooner (or "and not before").

See above. Most people don't decide what age they'll be when the get married, especially not ten-year-olds. They get married once they've fallen in love and when both they and their partner are ready.

It should, although I actually meant to strike through "I am" completely and leave "nor using".

Is using "at the earliest" and "at the latest" wrong in these sentences?

Yes. Use those phrases when talking about time, not about age.
