The present perfect continuous cannot indicate a completed action or a life experience, so the two sentences below are incorrect. Is my understanding correct?

1) Tom has been eating three hamburgers, but he is still hungry.

“Have eaten” should be used here.



2) Joe has been visiting Paris twice in the past year. He likes the city very much.

“Have visited” should be used here.
