To scroll on the phone

I would like to know if it is correct to say "to scroll on the phone" cuz I have seen it on the internet.

Please give us a complete sentence to consider. Note my correction above - don't use non-standard abbreviations on the forum. "Cuz" is not a word.
 
Where I come from we usually say "flipping through () phone", where () = his, her, my, their etc.
 
I don't see that scrolling is wrong, though.
 
I'd "scroll through" something specific (pictures, emails etc) on my phone.
 
I often have to scroll through my contacts.
