Hello.
I am writing an academic article and I have a slight doubt about the validity of the part in bold below.
Public choice theorists such as Olson and Zeckhauser maintain that Germany owes its economic success to, and only to, the destruction of its interest groups during World War II.
Is it idiomatic?

Thank you very much for your answer.
