Hello.

I want to suggest a person should do something that another person likes in order to keep him attracted. Can I use "throw a bone"?

Is this good?

You know she wants to sleep with you. At least throw her a bone. Kiss her. Dance with her. Otherwise, she will go find another man.

I kind of feel the word "at least" makes it a bit awkward. Do I have other options?

I wouldn't use throw a bone there. I would use it if the person were not interested in the woman, but didn't want her to be angry.

I notice "him" in the explanation and "her" in the example.

He is interested in her. But he is married to someone else.

Tdol is right. I don't think "throw a bone" says what you want to say.

So, what can I use that means what I want to say?

Also, is this sentence correct and what does it convey?

Well, if he kisses her and dances with her he will encourage her (assuming she wants him).
