Quizzes are part of the lecture to keep students engaged
What does "keep students engaged" mean? And what's the structure? [STRIKE][/STRIKE] Thank [STRIKE]all of[/STRIKE] you.
It means to help to keep them interested in the class. It helps them to concentrate and to carry on taking part in the class, instead of dreaming, thinking about other things or just not concentrating.
Please see my amendments to your post in red. Remember to use correct capitalisation and punctuation. Every sentence must begin with a capital letter and end with the appropriate punctuation mark. Do not put a space before a question mark.
