Can we use "have" for "inconvenience"?

For example,

She didn't have inconvenience.
 
Can we use "have" for "inconvenience"?

For example,

She didn't have inconvenience.
No, we don't say that. You can say, "She wasn't inconvenienced."
 
And, exactly as often, you can "cause" inconvenience to others.

No, we don't say that. You can say, "She wasn't inconvenienced."
