to have a grin

Hi.
I was watching a movie and there was a sentence: "I had a grin".
Can anybody tell me what it means?
I put on web 15 second fragment of it if somebody want to look over.

Actually I know that grin is some kind of smile but she cries.
So what' s the point of it?
