the title is a phrasal verb from john lennon's Straberry fields forewer. the whole line goes like this
Let me take you down, ’cause I’m going to strawberry fields.

Nothing is real and nothing to get hungabout.
Please help me to understand this phrase because i'm a little bit confused about this.

If you're hung up,about something, you're worried or nervous about it. I've always assumed this was the intended meaning.
