I am looking for a verb or verbs that mean to do something not as a professional but in an amateur way.

Could you provide a little context?

Ok, it's to dabble, just forget it.

OK.

Ok OK/Okay. It's "to dabble". Just forget it.
At the beginning of a sentence, you can write "OK" or "Okay". Elsewhere in a sentence, you can write "OK" or "okay". However, "Ok" is always wrong.
