I would like to ask you if the phrase "bury a grudge" means "stop harbouring a grudge" or "stop holding It against".

Could you provide any examples?

Your understanding is correct. This is what is known as a 'mixed metaphor'. It combines 'bury the hatchet' (meaning to cease hostilities) with (to) stop 'holding a grudge'.

As you probably can imagine, there is a lot of overlap in meaning between these two, so the mix is understandable, but doesn't hold up under scrutiny.
