To be the preferred service provider in the supply of foreign workers to Malaysian companies by creating a good impression at all times.

This sounds a bit odd to me- wouldn't companies be more concerned about the quality of the workers and the speed at which they got them? And recruitment firm sounds better to me than service provider.
