Here is a question.

A B C D

We have to find the wrong one.
And the answer key says the wrong one is C.
Why is C wrong? [STRIKE]?[/STRIKE]
Could someone explain it to me?

I don't know what A, B, C or D refer to.

Is this a homework assignment?

The head of the subject of the sentence (birds) is in plural form, so you need to make the verb agree.

(This thread [STRIKE]is[/STRIKE] was in the wrong forum.)

[Thanks, Jutfrank. I've moved it. - GoesStation, moderator]

Welcome to the forum. :hi:

Please note that I have changed your thread title. Titles should include some/all of the words/phrases/sentences you are asking us about. Don't put your question in the title - put it in the main body of the post.
